Wellbeing and Inclusion
At Killara Primary School, we believe that students learn best when they feel happy, healthy and safe. The emotional, social and physical wellbeing of our students is pivotal not only to their success at school, but also to their development into capable and resilient young people.
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all students feel secure, respected and supported. When children experience a strong sense of belonging and connectedness with their peers, school and community, they are more likely to thrive and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
Our school fosters a positive culture that values diversity and promotes inclusion at all levels of primary school life. We support the development of social literacy and emotional intelligence, helping students grow into well-balanced individuals prepared for success both in education and in life.
Our Student Engagement and Wellbeing Policy can be found in the Policy section of our website.
